Brand-new and quiet one-bedroom apartment on the first floor of a modern, recently built building with an elevator. The apartment is equipped with various amenities (Wi-Fi, TV, A/C).

The apartment is located in the Turro district, just a 3-minute walk from the "Turro" metro station, which allows you to reach the Duomo in 11 minutes. It is also a 20-minute walk from Corso Buenos Aires and a 20-minute metro ride from Central Station.

The apartment consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower.

The apartment offers various amenities, including Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron, a drying rack, and air conditioning (available in both the living room and the bedroom).

Essential toiletries (soap and shampoo), bed linens, and towels are provided.

The apartment is easily accessible from Central Station by taking the M2 metro line (Green Line) for 2 stops to Loreto Station. From there, switch to the M1 metro line (Red Line) and continue for 3 stops to Turro. Once you get off, it's just a 3-minute walk.

The towel supply includes one small and one large towel per person.

A reservation for two includes a double bed. If you need the sofa bed prepared to sleep separately, we kindly ask you to specify this during the check-in process.

Only one key is provided for the apartment.

Check-in begins after 3:00 PM. If you arrive in the city earlier than that, you may have the option to store your luggage starting from 10:00 AM, depending on the apartment's availability.

Regarding check-out: You must vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM. It is not allowed to leave luggage inside the apartment beyond this time.

An online check-in procedure is mandatory for the stay, in compliance with Italian regulations. This includes submitting identification documents for all guests for registration with the Portale Alloggiati and signing a short-term rental contract, as required by law.
