Colorful Milano Apartment

Brand new one-bedroom apartment located on the ground floor overlooking the inner courtyard of a typical Milanese building from the early 1900s. The apartment is situated in the Loreto district, just 2 minutes away from the "Pasteur" metro stop, which allows you to reach the Duomo in 9 minutes, and a 10-minute walk from Corso Buenos Aires. Currently, there are construction works taking place near the apartment. The permitted working hours are from 8am to 1pm and from 3pm to 7pm (Mon to Sat).

The apartment consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower. There is no TV provided. Essential cleaning products (soap and shampoo), bed sheets, and towels are provided.

The apartment is equipped with a high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi connection with speeds up to 2.5 Gbps (2500 Mbps).

Please note that a booking for two includes one double bed. If you require the sofa bed to be prepared for separate sleeping arrangements, kindly request this before check-in. There is an additional fee of €20 for the linen.
